I already aware abt the yahoo, skype, gtalk.. but m looking for calling card or voip service which provide low calling rates to india per min..but not the pc to pc calling..i have also come across with smartvoip, actionvoip, ytring etc… however m not able to get their credits.. kindly suggest something better.

Nothing is cheap in the phils.

If you are looking for a nice cheap voip to call a mobile phone then i suggest “skype” i don’t know if it is available in the phils. though but you can avail for it thru the internet.

Voip to call another computer then i suggest use yahoo msgnr or msn its free anyways
